Wellness plans allow you to give the best care possible and save money at the same time. A Wellness Plan is a bundle of preventive medicine and services that pets need every year, offering regular checkups, vaccinations, and tests at an exclusive monthly price.
How do I sign up for the wellness plan?
Enrollment can be done in several ways:
- Online: You can enroll through a QR code or a portal provided by the clinic.
- In-Person: During your visit, you can enroll at check-in or in the treatment room. The clinic staff will assist you with the process if needed.
How is my payment handled?
You will receive a monthly charge to your card on file for the monthly plan cost. You don’t need to pay the clinic directly for covered services and any non-planned items will be billed to your card in the same transition.
What happens if I need to cancel my wellness plan?
If you decide to cancel your plan mid-year, please contact Snout directly. They will review your payment history and any outstanding balance. If there is a difference between what you’ve paid and what you owe, you will need to settle the balance before cancellation is processed.
