Veterinarians

Dr. Steve Snow

DVM

Dr. Steven Snow, D.V.M., received his undergraduate B.S. degree from Auburn University in 1988, and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. A life-long Memphian, Dr. Snow has been serving the Memphis community for 30 years at the Berclair Animal Hospital. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Memphis and Shelby County Veterinary Medical Association.

He served on the Board of the Memphis and Shelby County Veterinary Medical Association, as well as the Boards of local emergency animal hospitals. Dr. Snow has 20 years experience in emergency medicine, along with special interests in surgery, internal medicine, dermatology, and the
treatment of exotics.

Dr. Jeremy Woolard

Associate DVM

Dr. Jeremy Woolard, D.V.M., is an Associate Veterinarian at Berclair Animal Hospital, where he began practicing in June 2025. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2025.

Dr. Woolard is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association. His professional interests include internal medicine and ophthalmology. He strives to individualize each appointment to meet the unique needs of every patient, ensuring the highest quality of care and compassion.

Outside of work, Dr. Woolard enjoys spending time with friends and family, exercising, and watching sports. A dedicated motocross fan, he grew up racing dirt bikes on the weekends and still follows the sport closely.

Dr. Allison Souvigney

Associate DVM

Dr. Allison Souvigney is an associate veterinarian at Berclair Animal Hospital and a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine, Class of 2020. A Memphis native and alumna of Lausanne Collegiate School, Dr. Souvigney developed a passion for veterinary medicine through her lifelong involvement with horses as a jumper and her love of math and science.

She has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and internal medicine, and she particularly enjoys working through complex cases that require in-depth diagnostics and clinical problem-solving. Her extroverted nature and enthusiasm for connecting with people from all walks of life make her not only a compassionate caregiver to pets, but also a trusted partner to their owners.

Dr. Souvigney is an active member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and has contributed to the field through published research in the Journal of Clinical Theriogenology from the 2016 Theriogenology Conference. Her researched involved finding a correlation between the timing of A.I. relative to ovulation and if the resulting gender could be predicted.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Souvigney enjoys horseback riding, gardening, sewing, and keeping up with the stock market. She shares her home with her red standard poodle, Remington.
